Cupcakes were on my mind last night when I began thinking about dessert for my friend Mel's baby shower that I am hosting in a few weeks. A thought came to mind and I remembered coming across Sprinkles cupcake mixes at Williams-Sonoma. I am going with a mod monkey theme and what better than banana cupcakes!!! I immediately looked them up on Facebook and "liked them". I even googled recipes!!! I was fortunate enough to find their Strawberry and Great Grandma's Coconut Cupcake and frosting recipes from interviews Candace Nelson did with West Magazine. I cannot wait to try these homemade recipes. They also have furball treats that I know Diesel will love!!!!
